Corporate Workspaces

From schools and office buildings to casinos and clinics, Miron Construction brings clients’ visions to life. As a fourth-generation, family owned firm, Miron proudly serves, and gives back, to the communities their team calls home.

When it came time to reimagine their Neenah, Wisconsin, headquarters, Miron turned to ZEBRADOG to infuse the environment with an experience that reflects the company’s values and dedication to its employees. Through innovative design and storytelling, we created vibrant spaces that honor Miron’s legacy, showcase their commitment to craft, and inspire the next generation of builders and visionaries.

Areas of Impact

For more than a century, Miron built its reputation on strong relationships and delivering exceptional quality. At the heart of their renovated headquarters sits a new two-story conference center, uniquely clad in construction materials that honor the company’s building heritage.

Just steps away, Miron Way, a 93-foot history exhibit, presents a dynamic timeline of the company’s evolution. Curated photographs, archival documents, artifacts, and integrated video displays create a compelling visual narrative that highlights Miron’s core values from its founding to today.

ZEBRADOG designed Miron’s Quarry and Cafe 1918 to spark collaboration and connection. These spaces have given employees a reason to step away from their desks, offering inviting settings for lunch, casual conversation, and events. They have also empowered teams to discover new ways to connect, strengthening Miron’s culture while building engagement and community across the workplace.

A well-designed workspace energizes teams and reflects company values. Using materials that showcase Miron’s tools of the trade, such as screws, bolts, and keyboard keys, helps employees take pride in their departmental contributions and transforms ordinary offices into inspiring environments.

Miron’s specialty meeting spaces, such as the Wenzler Room, Founders Room, and the two-story conference room, are designed to foster connections to the community and industry. These spaces accommodate industry training and reflect the company’s values of leadership and community involvement. The design incorporates elements that honor the company’s legacy and promote a forward-thinking approach. The Founders Room, with its historical paintings and memorabilia, serves as a constant reminder of the company’s rich heritage and commitment to excellence.
